Since founding PM Pictures in 2012, Pete Mullins has built a reputation for capturing engaging stories across genres. Pete’s journey began in 2003 with Network Ten News in Perth, where he developed his skills behind the camera as a Lighting and Camera Operator.
​
In 2007, he moved to London, joining IMG to document the stories of sports figures for the Transworld Sport series. His work took him across Europe, filming key moments from the world of international sports. Pete went on to cover events with FIFA, including the Men's World Cup in South Africa (2010) and Brazil (2014) and the Women's World Cup in France (2019), as well as UEFA’s European Championships in Poland and Ukraine (2012). Working with Fox Sports Australia, he followed Socceroos and Matildas matches around the world.

Returning to Sydney in 2010, Pete joined Network Ten’s Field Production Unit and, two years later, launched PM Pictures. His lens has since captured stories for leading Australian and global networks, in projects ranging from documentaries to entertainment and scripted television. Highlights include Network Ten’s The Project, SBS’s Insight and The Feed, ABC's At Home Alone Together with Ray Martin, and WTFAQ with Chas Licciardello from The Chaser team.

Pete’s work in lifestyle and reality television includes titles like Taste of Australia and The Brighter Side on Network Ten, as well as kids’ programs for ABC such as Gardening Australia Jnr, Playschool, How to Do Stuff Good, ABC Gamer, and Prank You Very Much.

Pete has walked red carpets, filming celebrities such as Tom Cruise, Margot Robbie, Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett. He has climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge with Ben Stiller, travelled to Hong Kong with Cadel Evans, and trekked the Kokoda Trail with the Penrith Panthers. He has filmed interviews with huge names such as Hugh Jackman, Katy Perry, Matt Damon, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johannsson and John Cena.
